Terms of Service
The terms below govern your use of this website and any custom order you place with us. Please read them before submitting artwork or approving a quote.
Last updated: June 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Fairway Lane Advertising Solutions Ltd. (“Fairway Lane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing this website, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. The services we provide
Fairway Lane is a custom print and branding shop. Our work includes custom-decorated apparel and embroidery, screen printed apparel, signs, banners, digital printing, and related products such as vinyl lettering, political signs, and laser engraving. Most of what we produce is made to order from artwork and specifications you provide or approve. You can review the full range on our services pages or start a made-to-order project through our custom order page.
3. Quotes and pricing
Any price we provide is an estimate based on the specifications known at the time — product, quantity, decoration method, colors, sizes, and artwork. Quotes are not binding until we confirm your order in writing. Pricing may change if the specifications change, including quantity adjustments, added colors or locations, garment or material substitutions, rush handling, or changes to your artwork. Quotes are valid only for the period stated; if none is stated, pricing is subject to confirmation at the time you place the order. Unless we state otherwise, quotes do not include applicable taxes or shipping.
4. Artwork and customer responsibility
You are responsible for the artwork, logos, text, images, and other materials you submit for production. By submitting them, you represent and warrant that you own them or hold all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to reproduce them, and that their use does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other right of a third party. You grant Fairway Lane a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify for production, and fulfill your order using those materials.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of artwork or content you supply. We reserve the right to decline or halt any order that we believe is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
5. Proofs and approval
Before production we may provide a digital proof, mock-up, or sample for your review. You are responsible for carefully checking spelling, layout, colors, sizing, placement, quantities, and all other details. Production begins from the approved proof, and an approved proof is considered final. Errors that you approve — including typos, incorrect information, or layout issues present in the proof — are your responsibility, and reruns to correct them may be charged as a new order. If you do not require a proof, you accept responsibility for the order as specified.
6. Orders, payment, deposits, and changes
An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing. We may require a deposit or full payment before beginning production, particularly for custom and large-quantity orders. Final balances are due as stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to hold delivery or pickup until payment clears.
Because our products are made to order, requests to change or cancel an order may not be possible once production has started, and any work already completed, plus materials and setup costs incurred, may be billable. Submit any change or cancellation request as early as possible and we will tell you what is still possible.
7. Turnaround and delivery
We will give you an estimated timeline for your order, but production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we agree to a firm date in writing. Timelines depend on artwork approval, payment, product availability, and production volume, and can be affected by supplier and carrier delays outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by delays. If you have a firm in-hands or event date, tell us up front so we can confirm in writing whether we can meet it.
8. Color variation
Colors shown on a screen are a representation and will not exactly match the final printed or stitched product. Variation can occur between monitors, between digital proofs and finished goods, and between production runs, and across different materials, fabrics, and decoration methods. Spot-color and thread matching are done to the closest available option and confirmed on your proof. Reasonable color variation is not considered a defect.
9. Custom goods, returns, and defects
Because our products are personalized and produced to your specifications, custom items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. If your order arrives defective, or the finished goods do not match the approved proof due to our error, contact us promptly and we will work with you to reprint, repair, or otherwise make it right. To allow us to review, please report any issue within a reasonable time of receiving your order and keep the affected items available for inspection.
10. Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, logos, and the Fairway Lane name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission. Your own logos and artwork remain yours; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your materials to us, and nothing transfers ownership of our website content or production files to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway Lane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising out of your order or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in New York.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted, so please review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site or placement of a new order after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Privacy
Our handling of information you submit — including through our quote and contact forms — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
