Custom Embroidery in Upstate New York

Sharp, professional embroidered logos and monograms for uniforms, teamwear, and promotional apparel — stitched to last wash after wash.

Stitched branding that looks the part

Embroidery is the gold standard for professional apparel. Where a printed logo sits on top of the fabric, embroidery is woven into it — giving your brand a textured, high-end finish that customers and staff associate with quality and trust. It’s the look you want on a company polo, a service-tech jacket, or a cap handed out at an event.

At Fairway Lane, we handle the whole process in-house: digitizing your logo into a precise stitch file, dialing in thread colors to match your brand, and running your garments on commercial embroidery machines built for consistency. Whether you need a handful of monogrammed pieces or hundreds of staff uniforms, every item gets the same attention and the same clean result.

Why embroidered apparel is worth it

First impressions stick. A crew in crisp, embroidered uniforms reads as established and trustworthy before anyone says a word — and that perception translates into business. Cheap, peeling prints do the opposite. Embroidery signals that you’ve invested in your brand, and it keeps signaling it for years because the stitching outlasts the garment’s everyday wear.

It’s also versatile. The same logo file we create for your polos works on caps, jackets, and bags, so your whole team looks consistent across every piece. And because embroidery doesn’t rely on a print surface, it works beautifully on textured and technical fabrics where screen printing struggles. For uniforms, recurring staff apparel, and anything you want to look premium, embroidery is the right call.

Pricing

Straightforward, quote-based pricing

Embroidery pricing depends on three things: the garment you choose, your quantity, and the stitch count of your design. Larger runs lower your per-piece cost, and once your logo is digitized, reorders are fast and affordable.

To get an exact quote, we’ll need:

  • 1. Your logo or artwork (any common file is fine)
  • 2. The garment(s) and quantity you have in mind
  • 3. Where you want the logo placed

Send those over and we’ll come back with pricing and a timeline — usually within 24 hours.

Embroidery FAQ

Common questions

What items can you embroider?
Polos, button-downs, caps and beanies, jackets, fleece, quarter-zips, bags, aprons, and most workwear. If you’re not sure an item will embroider well, send it over and we’ll advise.
Do you have a minimum order?
Embroidery is cost-effective in both small and large runs because most of the cost is the one-time digitizing of your logo. After that, reorders are quick and affordable. Tell us your quantity and we’ll quote it.
What is digitizing, and is there a fee?
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the machine reads. It’s a one-time setup per design; future orders of the same logo skip it. We’ll include any digitizing cost in your quote up front.
Will the stitching hold up in the wash?
Yes. Quality embroidery is one of the most durable ways to brand apparel — it won’t crack, peel, or fade like some prints. Turn garments inside out to wash for maximum life.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
We match to the closest available thread colors and confirm them on your proof. Share your Pantone or hex values and we’ll get as close as the thread range allows.
