Screen Printed Apparel in Upstate New York

Bold, vibrant prints for t-shirts, hoodies, and team apparel — built for big runs and bright colors that survive the wash, for events, staff, merch, and more.

Bold prints that show up across the room

Screen printing is the workhorse of custom apparel — the right call when you want a design that’s big, bright, and built for a crowd. We just don’t do it the old way. We print your design with the same professional screen-printing ink onto a transfer, then heat-press it onto each garment, where it cures and fuses into place. You get the bold, saturated color screen printing is known for — applied with precision, so the placement is dead-on and every piece in your order comes out matching.

At Fairway Lane, we handle the whole job in-house — prepping your artwork, matching your colors, and pressing every piece with quality checks along the way. The result is a consistent, vibrant print across your entire order, which is exactly what you want for team shirts, staff uniforms, event merch, and fundraisers where every piece needs to match and look sharp.

What we screen print

  • T-shirts & long sleeves
  • Hoodies & crewnecks
  • Team & event apparel
  • Bulk runs
  • Multi-color prints

Comparing your options? Screen printing is best for large, colorful designs and big quantities on tees and hoodies, while embroidery is the premium choice for stitched logos on polos and caps. Send us your design and quantity and we’ll recommend the method that fits your budget and the look you’re going for — no guesswork.

Why screen printing is the smart choice for runs

When you need quantity, screen printing is hard to beat. Once your design is set, every piece comes off consistent and identical — which is exactly what you want for a team, a school event, or a staff order, where everyone should be wearing the same sharp shirt.

It also delivers a look that simply reads better at a distance. Bold, multi-color designs come through bright and solid, the way a sponsor logo on a tournament shirt or a mascot on a fundraiser tee is meant to. For big, colorful, high-volume apparel, screen printing is the right tool for the job.

Our Process

How your print order comes together

  1. 01

    Art prep & separations

We clean up your artwork and split it into separate films — one per ink color — so every layer prints crisp and lines up perfectly.

  2. 02

    Approve your proof

We confirm ink colors, print size, and placement, then send a proof for your sign-off before a single shirt is touched.

  3. 03

    Print & cure

Each color is screened onto your garments in sequence and heat-cured so the ink bonds into the fabric and locks in.

  4. 04

    Pick up or ship

Your finished apparel is counted, folded, and inspected, then ready on schedule for local pickup or delivery.

Pricing

Straightforward, quote-based pricing

Screen printing pricing comes down to a few things, and the biggest is the garment itself. A lightweight tee, a midweight crewneck, and a heavyweight hoodie all sit at different price points — so the style and type you choose drives much of the cost. The design and how many print locations you want (front, back, sleeve) shape the rest of the quote.

To get an exact quote, we’ll need:

  • 1. Your artwork or design (.pdf, .eps, .cdr, .ai, .png, or a high-resolution JPEG)
  • 2. The garment and quantity
  • 3. Where you want it printed (front, back, sleeve)

Send those over and we’ll come back with pricing and a timeline — usually within 24 hours.

Screen Printing FAQ

Common questions

Screen printing or embroidery — which should I choose?
Screen printing is the better pick for big, colorful designs, large quantities, and lightweight garments like tees and hoodies, where you want the art to pop and the price-per-piece to stay low. Embroidery wins on polos, caps, and workwear where a stitched logo reads as premium. Not sure? Tell us the garment and the look you want and we’ll point you to the right one — see our embroidery page for the stitched option.
Is there a minimum order for screen printing?
Screen printing shines on bulk runs because the bigger cost is the one-time screen setup — once that’s done, each additional piece is inexpensive. That makes it ideal for teams, events, and staff orders. Smaller runs are possible too; send us your quantity and we’ll quote the most cost-effective option.
How many ink colors can you print?
We print everything from clean one-color logos to bold multi-color designs. Each color is a separate screen, so the number of colors affects setup and pricing. If your art has many colors or photo-style shading, we’ll recommend the best approach to keep it sharp and on budget.
Will the print hold up in the wash?
Yes. Because the design is heat-pressed and cured, it fuses to the garment and stays put — that’s what keeps the colors looking bright and sharp. To get the most life out of it, wash inside out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying.
