Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us — kept short, plain, and accurate to the tools we actually use.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Fairway Lane Advertising Solutions LTD ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, contact us for a quote, upload artwork through our custom design tools, or place an order — and how we use and protect it. It applies to https://fairwaylaneltd.com and the services offered through it.

Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us quote, produce, and deliver your branded products:

  • Contact and quote details. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry.
  • Custom design uploads. When you use our design tools, we receive the artwork and images you upload, along with the mockups and proofs generated from them, so we can prepare your design and quote.
  • Order and checkout information. When you buy from our online store, your order, shipping, and payment details are collected and processed securely through our commerce provider (see below). We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
  • Basic usage data. Aggregated, anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed) — collected without cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we use your information

We use the information above to run our business and serve you. Specifically, to:

  • Respond to your questions, quote requests, and messages.
  • Prepare proofs, mockups, and price quotes for your project.
  • Process, produce, and fulfill the orders you place with us.
  • Send transactional emails such as quote replies, order confirmations, and proofs.
  • Protect our forms from spam and abuse, and keep the site running reliably.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the site. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function:

  • Resend — delivers our transactional emails (quote replies, confirmations, and proofs).
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — protects our forms from automated spam. Your use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly site analytics. It sets no cookies and performs no cross-site tracking or profiling of individuals.
  • Shopify — powers our online store, cart, and secure checkout, and processes order and payment information.
  • Netlify — hosts this website and delivers its pages to your browser.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our analytics provider, Plausible, is cookieless and does not store identifiers on your device. When you shop or check out, Shopify may set its own cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

How we share information

We share your information only with the service providers listed above, and only as needed to deliver our services to you. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — for example, to follow up on a quote, complete and support your order, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or, where required, retain it in line with applicable law.

Your choices: access and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Just email sales@fairwaylaneltd.com and we’ll handle your request promptly. Note that some information tied to completed orders may be retained where the law requires it.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the tools we use change. When we do, we’ll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, so we encourage you to review it periodically.
