Is this a final product preview?
It’s a quick visual mockup to help you (and us) picture your design. Once you send it, we create a true production-ready proof and confirm sizing, colors, and placement before anything is made.
What file should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is ideal for logos. We also accept JPG and SVG. The clearer your file, the better your proof — don’t worry, we’ll clean it up if needed.
Does submitting a design cost anything?
No. Designing and sending your mockup is completely free, and there’s no obligation. You only pay once you approve a final proof and place your order.
Can you match an exact color or brand guideline?
Yes. Tell us your brand colors (Pantone/hex) in the notes and we’ll match them as closely as the process allows. We’ll confirm on your proof.
Can I order more than shirts?
Absolutely — we also do embroidery, signs, banners, and printing. Use this tool for apparel ideas, and mention anything else in your notes or on our contact page.
